Jeffrey R. Ketchum founded the firm, following his employment within a Tier 1 & 2 automotive supplier of services to the automotive and heavy truck OEM supply base. From the very beginning of the firm, family members have played a key role in the organization and today, 3 generations are employed within the business.
The firm focused on senior level professional and management searches for organizations such as Aaron’s Automotive, Cooper-Standard Automotive, Meridian Automotive Systems and Thyssen Krupp Budd.
The firm began transitioning to a retained executive search consulting firm, focusing exclusively on senior level executive and management roles ($150K+). The roles have included CEO’s, COO’s, CFO’s, Vice Presidents, Directors and General Managers.
Executive Development and Coaching services were added to assist high potential managers and executives. This was followed shortly thereafter by the firm’s executive outplacement services, designed exclusively for automotive industry professionals.
Strategic Planning, Execution & Accountability/Coaching services were initially launched in 2007 and merged with our sister company Lordstone Business Advisors, Inc. in 2018. Clients include Automotive OEM Tier Suppliers and multinational companies operating in North America and Europe.
The firm developed a proprietary management appraisal and executive assessment service and began providing these services to clients. Since that time, more than 95% of the firms' clients have utilized this service to mitigate risk in their senior level executive hires.
