An example of our work would be the Chief Executive Officer search we conducted for The Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair (I-CAR).
I-CAR is an international not-for-profit automotive association, dedicated to providing the information, knowledge, and skills required to perform complete, safe and quality repairs. Automotive Recruiters International was hired by the board of I-CAR to conduct a search for the association’s new CEO several years ago. We not only searched within the automotive collision industry, but also the automotive OEM’s, OEM suppliers, and the automotive aftermarket. Ultimately, John Van Alstyne was hired as the association’s new CEO and since then the organization's profits have increased more than 300%.
